Besides, well established Cafeteria �Matri Jalpan Griha� consisting of five branches at various Institutes/Faculties, the University has provided snack counters at most of the cross-sections of the hostel road to enable students to utilize their leisure hours with their friends and hostel mates. The have academic importance also as cafeterias are traditionally know for their role as nurseries of intellectual development through Social interaction and dialogue.
