Dr. Harsh Pradhan has completed PhD. from Shailesh J Mehta School of Management, IIT Bombay in the area of organization behaviour. He also holds MBA degree from IIT Delhi and B.E. from Delhi College of Engineering (DTU). Prior to joining the Institute of Management Studies, Banaras Hindu University, he has served as Assistant Professor at IIM Bodh Gaya and University School of Management and Entrepreneurship, Delhi Technological University. His research interests include concept like motivation, self-management, job performance. He has taught courses like organization development, human resource management, psychology for managers. He has acted as reviewer of international conferences and journal. He has many research papers in international journals and conferences to his credit. He also has two years of corporate experience.
