Dr. Tribhuvan Nath is Assistant Professor of Agribusiness at the RGSC, Banaras Hindu University (BHU). Nath's teaching and research is in the areas of food & agribusiness management, operations management, food supply chain management, rural development, rural entrepreneurship, rural marketing, and rural research methods. He has worked on various funded research projects sponsored by National / International agencies. His recent research project 'Designing Entrepreneurial Policy Framework for Smart Eco-Social Villages Development' funded by IMPRESS-ICSSR is developing workable model and guidelines for smart village development in the country. Dr. Nath has published several papers in refereed journals of National and International repute. His research works have appeared in Journal of Foodservice Business Research (Taylor & Francis), African-Asian Journal of Rural Development, Indian Journal of Agricultural Economics etc. Prior to joining BHU, he was an Assistant Professor at National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management (NIFTEM) where he has also served as founder coordinator for MBA programme with mandatory specialization in Food & Agribusiness Management. Dr. Nath also worked with Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIM-L). He holds a PhD from Aligarh Muslim University, an MBA with specialization in Rural Development from G.B. Pant Social Science Institute, and a PGDCA from the MCRPU Bhopal.
