BHU rank is based on AIPGMEE-2014 Score only. AIR shown is based on raw CD sent by AIPGMEE office which is overall exam rank and probably they have eliminated the qualified candidates from AP State + J& K candidates and/ or any other reasons, that is why your final AIR rank improved. Ranks are always based on scores. Only see you AIPGMEE-2014 score which is the basis of BHU applicant Rank as clearly written in list released by us. ( Please read top Line of  list)
