Research field(s) of specialization:

  1. Photoelectrochemical Solar Cells (Dye-sensitized Solar Cells, DSSCs)
  2. Conducting Polymers (Metal / metal oxide composites)

Area of specialization: Our field of research is basically focused on to develop stable and low-cost dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) for effectively harvesting solar energy. Characterizing new compound(s) as photo sensitizers, developing routes for preparing thin semiconductor(s) films and use of ionic liquids & conducting polymers are the key components of investigations.
