Prof. R.P.Shukla did his Ph.D. from Centre of Advance Study in Education, The M.S. University of Baroda, Vadodara in 1985. He has over 31 years of teaching and 29 years of research experience. He has numerous national and international papers and articles. His specialization comprises Teacher Education & Educational Technology, Science, Education, Behavior modification etc. His research interests are curriculum development, Value education, Culture and Education etc. During his career he served as Head of the department and Dean of school of Humanities and Education. He was also member of Executive Council of Nagaland University, Nagaland University court and Academic Council of Nagaland University. He was also Research Consultant for Government of Nagaland.
