The University Science Instrumentation Center Level-II of Banaras Hindu University has been catering to the needs of various departments of the university concerning repair, maintenance, servicing of instruments/equipments and fabrication of components and test specimen for R&D. Project, M. Tech. dissertation, test specimen for laboratory use for B.Tech./M.Tech. students, supplying distilled water for experiments, etc. science its inception in 1985-86. In spite of being severely handicapped in respect of supporting accessories, instruments and man power, this center has rendered valuable services to the various units of the university. The existing facilities of USIC Level-II, which would be very useful to university fraternity
