Dr. G.K. LAMA

Dr. G.K. Lama is a lecturer in our department. His field of specialization is Archaeology . He did his Ph.D. from Magadh University for which he was awarded JRF by U.G.C. Besides being member of various academic bodies he has participated in two workshops ,ten national and eight international seminars and has contributed eighteen papers to reputed journals. His paper regarding Buddhism was also accepted for the fifth convention of Asian scholars held at Kuala Lumpur , Malaysia . He has contributed to make reading material for P.G.Diploma course in Indian Philosophy, Culture & Heritage of U.P. Rajarshi Tondon open University, Allahabad. He has two books to his credit. He had participated in various exploration and excavation activities conducted by the department. Earlier he was engaged as a lecturer in Magadh University and N.N.Mahavihara (A Deemed University).
