He did his LL.B. from Banaras Hindu University, LL.M. from Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar (Central University), Lucknow. His Ph.D. is a crux study of Constitutional law and Criminal law policy in India. He has been associated with Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar, Manipal University, Jaipur and Central University of Rajasthan, Ajmer where he designated as research Coordinator, Examination Coordinator and Chief Proctor & Chief Warden (I/C). Before joining BHU he also served in Central University of South Bihar, Gaya. He has presented papers in various National and International Conferences and represented State of Uttar Pradesh in National Human Rights Commission, New Delhi. His publication includes Toxic Masculinity and Inherent misogyny and Constitutional Spirit in Criminal justice system in India in Springer publications and other reputed journals.
