Advocate (High Court, Allahabad)
“I Saurabh Raj 'Kansyakar', am a law graduate from Law School, B.H.U. in 2014. Now I am working as an Advocate in High Court of Judicature at Allahabad. I was Research Assistant (Law Trainee) to Hon'ble Justice of Allahabad High Court for the period of One Year.
Faculty of Law School BHU is much old than the history of legal education in independent India (1920) and has a glorious past with shining present and bright future, as it is known as the Faculty of Judges among top-level law colleges in India.
Though I have spent 6 years in BHU (3 years in graduation and 3 years in Law), yet my days for LL.B. were golden and afresh in my memory. The whole faculty members and staff were very cooperative and decent. I specially would like to mention a few names with deep respect and they are M.P. Singh Sir, D.P. Verma Sir, Pradeep Kumar Singh Sir (he, then, was my warden too), Sheetla Prasad Rai sir, A.K. Pandey Sir, Rajneesh Patel Sir and R.K. Murli Sir.
Pradeep Kumar Singh Sir used to spend time with us at weekend in the middle of our hostel where he was surrounded by us. He taught us Cr.P.C and Torts but the way he used to make a sarcasm on a particular point was amazing. Sharing one of those events I remember once he was in guarded during our first semester exams then my friend asked him, sir, what’s the date today? and he replied "date likhne se number nhi milega, answer likhne se milega. wo ata hai ki nhi??"
A.K. Pandey Sir is my ideal because his life inspires me a lot, he was a serious reader with sports spirited personality. Once going through universal book depot at Lanka, the bookseller told me a very peculiar fact about him that he uses to purchase 5k rupees book from his shop on every month and read them regularly. Everyone who does his research under the supervision of A.K.pandey sir prays to god that in his next incarnation please don’t send him into the legal profession because he explores every bit of his researchers.”
