Dr. Anil Kumar Maurya graduated from the University of Lucknow in the year 2009 and thereafter did his LL.M. and Ph.D. from Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University, Lucknow. He has also been a research assistant at the Allahabad High Court under Hon`ble Mr. Justice AP Sahi. He has also worked as a research associate in a project sanctioned by Dept. of Higher Education, Govt. of Uttar Pradesh. Before joining Law School BHU, he was teaching at Law Centre-I, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. Being a UGC Senior Research Fellowship (SRF) awardee in Law, he has a keen interest in research. He did his Ph.D. on “Regulation of Social Media in Cyber Space: A Critical Study of Regulatory Mechanism with Special Reference to India”.
