Specialization - Transfer of Property Law, Taxation Law, Law and Medicine and Company Law

He did his LL.M. and Ph.D. from Law School, BHU. His topic of research was the “Concept of Income and its Taxation”. He received merit scholarships during his graduation and postgraduation in law. He was awarded with a Junior Research Fellowship by the UGC. He started his teaching career at Sikkim Government Law College in the year 1991 and later on joined Law School, BHU in the year 1997.

He has completed one project as Co-Principal Investigator. He served as a member of the Board of Studies in Invertis University, Bareilly. He held the post of President, Vice President and Treasurer in ‘Academique’, a discussion group. He has been convener, co-convener and member of several committees at the departmental level. His articles have been published in many leading journals of India. Additionally, 12 of his articles have been published in a leading newspaper, The Pioneer.
