He is graduate from Faculty of Arts BHU in year 1995 and completed graduation in Law (LLB) from Law School BHU in year 1998. Thereafter taken degree of LLM in the year 2001 from VBS Purvanchal University. He hassubmitted Ph.D. inthe year 2008 from Faculty of Law BHU Varanasiand he qualified NET in year 2013.

He joined Dept of Law MG Kashi Vidyapith Varanasi in the year 2008 and served there up to2019. Thereafter he joined Faculty of law BHU as an Assistant Professor.

He published 6 articles and more than 5 chapters in different edited books. He attended and presented papers in more than 30 national and international Seminars&Workshops.
