Specialization- Human Rights Law and Jurisprudence

He completed LL.B., LL.M. (Gold Medal) from Banaras Hindu University in 2009 and 2012 respectively. He received Ph.D. award titled as ‘E-governance- Law and Policy in India with special reference to State of Uttarakhand’ from Faculty of Law, Banaras Hindu University on September 05, 2017. He served as Assistant Professor at Law College Dehradun, Uttaranchal University, Uttarakhand from August 2016 to October 2019. During this period, he was the member secretary of Board of Studies, associate editor of Dehradun Law Review, Coordinator of ILSA, and member of the advisory committee of Moot Court Society, Dehradun. He wrote a book on E-governance and Regulatory Measures: A Case study of Uttarakhand and also to credit number of articles. International Law, Human Rights Law, Jurisprudence and Cyber Law are areas of his academic interest.
