Specialization - Law of Evidence, Law of Contract and Transfer of Property Law

He did his B.Sc., LL.B. and LL.M. from Dr. H.S. Gaur University, Sagar and his Ph.D. on the topic “Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution for Protection of Human Life & Liberty under the Indian Constitution”. He has a teaching experience of more than 13 years. Before joining Law School, BHU he was teaching as an Assistant Professor at Dr. H.S. Gaur University.

He has published more than a dozen articles in various journals of repute, authored 3 books on different areas of law, presented papers in 25 national and international seminars and conferences and attended various workshops including the All India American Study Workshop (2012) and Workshop on IPR (2014) organized by BHU. He has delivered many guest lectures at Dr. H.S. Gaur University and Rewa University on topics such as Social Change, Human Rights and Law of Contract. He was also a visiting faculty at the J.L.N. Police Academy, Sagar from 1998-2010. He has handled various administrative posts at Dr. H.S. Gaur University such as Coordinator of Examinations, Member of Hostel Admin. Committee, Member of Legal Aid etc. He is also associated with the Shiksha Sanskriti Utthan Nyas, New Delhi as a member of the formal committee on “New Avenues of Education”. He was the warden of Dr. B.D. Hostel, BHU. Presently, Dr. Mishra is the Student Advisor, Faculty of Law, BHU.
