He was awarded his Ph.D. degree from B.B.A. (Central) University, Lucknow. He has qualified UGC (JRF) (2012) in Human Rights and Duties. Along with this, he has qualified UGC/NET in Law in 2009 & 2010. He received his Master’s & Bachelor’s Degree from Law School, BHU in 2008 & 2006 respectively. He has presented more than 45 papers in various international/national seminars and conferences. He has also to his credit a notable array of over 35 high quality research papers published in prestigious national and international journals. He is former Head of Department, Jagran School of Law, Dehradun, Uttarakhand. He has also authored a book on “Medical Negligence and Consumer Law” and is a lifetime member of All India Law Teachers Congress. He is the managing director of the “Journal of Legal Studies”; editor of “ShodhPrerak”; editorial member of “Vidhan” and editorial member of “ŚodhaPravāha”.
