Specialization - Labour Law, Jurisprudence, Human Rights, IPR and Code of Criminal Procedure

He did his LL.B., LL.M. and Ph.D. (thesis titled “New Exit Policy: Legal Dimensions”) in Law from Andhra University. He has also done a P.G. Diploma in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from Shri Venkateshwara University, Tirupati. He is a JRF in Law. He started his teaching career in the year 1990 as a lecturer at D.S.R. Hindu College, joined Andhra University as a lecturer in 1994 where he continued until he finally joined Law School, BHU in the year 1997, where he became a professor in 2012. He has taught many subjects throughout his teaching career of approximately 25 years namely, Jurisprudence, Labour Laws, Human Rights Jurisprudence, Code of Criminal Procedure and Intellectual Property Laws.

He has attended and participated actively in many seminars, conferences, workshops etc. He has to his credit numerous articles published in national journals. Dr. Murali was on two occasions, invited by the National Judicial Academy, Bhopal, to deliver lectures to judicial officers in their training programmes. He has also delivered lectures in various National Law Schools. He has held and continues to hold various administrative responsibilities in the university including wardenship and proctorship. He has delivered guest lectures on issues related to Labour Laws and I.P. Laws at various institutions. He has attended various seminars in the capacity of Keynote Speaker and resource person.

His future interests are to acquire expertise in Human Rights Jurisprudence and to contribute something substantive for the amelioration of the poor, deprived, marginalized sections of people across the globe.
