Library:

The Students can avail library facility both at the Department and at the University's Central Library. The MMV Library is having seating capacity of 150 students. The Library is housing around 20000 volumes under more than 5000 titles. There are 100 journals of national and international being subscribed regularly. Equipped with reprographic and networking facility, the working hour of the Faculty Library is from 10.00 AM to 5.00 PM. The Library also provides subject-wise press clippings in folders, statistical abstracts, The Library is well organized with a Bibliography data base of books and periodicals.

Computer Lab:

Mahila Maha vidyalaya has a state of the art computer lab with the latest available software. The lab consisting of 50 computers is available for use to the students in Class and non-class hours. High quality software is used for grading course registration, faculty feed back. Attendance in class, conducting on line evaluation etc. has also been installed on the network.

Internet facility :

MMV is equipped with Internet Technology. Internet is accessible from all the classrooms, seminar Halls, Library, teachers chambers are covered and even in the nearby areas of the MMV building.

Hostel:

MMV provides full time residential facilities to its students. There is a separate hostel accommodation for seniors n junior girls.There are 4 hostels inside MMV campus. The Hostels are equipped with Internet technology and 24 × 7 power and water supply, newspapers and magazines, television and adequate mess facilities. The City Delegacy rooms and the Vishwanath Temple are seen as favorite places for leisure and worship.

Central Facilities:

The Central facilities available to all students of the University include, Sports Infrastructure (Cricket Grounds, Basket Ball Courts, Football Grounds, Billiards Table, Swimming Pool, Lawn Tennis Courts, Badminton Courts, Squash Facilities, Gymnasiums, Indore Stadiums), Amphitheatre, Flying Club, Mountaineering Club, Hobby Centre, several Auditoriums, other facilities for organizing Conference/ Seminar, Computer Centre, etc. Students may also join diploma programmes in Foreign Language, courses in Faculty of Visual Arts, Faculty of Performing Arts concurrently.

Other facilities include:

Central Library: University Central Library having 1.5 million books and a number of journals, magazines, fortnights, weeklys, news papers in different languages.

Medical Facilities: Medical College Hospital with almost all sophisticated equipments and specialties; separate Health Care Complex for students, two Health Centres for staff members and families;

Guest House facilities: Three finely furnished guest houses, two Faculty Exchange buildings, International Hostels, Working Woman's Hostel.

Students Hostels: There are 60 hostels for students (including 17 girls hostels) with a capacity of near ten thousand students.

Fishery / Poultry/ Dairy Farm / several acres of Agricultural research farm / Temple / five Branches of two nationalized banks / five ATMs / three post offices etc.

Besides above : Canteens and coffee houses, Shopping Centre, Banks, ATMs of nationalized banks, Post Office, Rly. Reservation counter, etc.

The University is developing its over 2000 acre South Campus at Barkachha, Mirzapur (Rajiv Gandhi South Campus).
