The HRDC may appoint, if required, one coordinator in case of Refresher Course only. A lump sum honorarium of Rs.6,000/- will be admissible to the Coordinator. However, in special circumstances, more than one coordinator may be appointed. The Honorarium amount will be equally shared by them. The coordinators will not be entitled to draw honorarium for taking classes in the same course. In case of Orientation Programme, Director may appoint one of the academic staff members as Coordinator of the programme. He/she will not be entitled for any honorarium.
