Facilities, Feedback and Best Practices


Smart Class Room : HRDC, BHU has one Smart Class Room of 70 seats.
Hostel & Guest House Facility : HRDC-BHU has its own guest house for accommodation to a limited number of participants on first come first serve basis. In addition to this beds/rooms in the other Guest Houses of the university are also available on payment basis of the concerned Guest House rate. These are University Guest House, Faculty Guest House, IIT Guest House, Bhatnagar Guest House and Transit House.
Multipurpose Hall : UGC-HRDC, BHU has one Multipurpose hall.
Computer Lab: HRDC, BHU has one well established Computer Lab with 25 PC. Internet facilities is available on each PC.
Library : UGC-HRDC, BHU has its own Library with 2305 books and monthly subscribed magazines. In addition to this the Cyber library and Central Library of the university is also available for the participants.
Feedback : Participants of each course submit their feedback of the lectures. They also submit a comprehensive report of the course at the end of program.
Best Practices :

  • HRDC, BHU distribute the Plant Sampling in place of Bouquet to guests during the formal functions of the course.
  • Conduct a Review session (30 minute) in addition to the normal 6 hours of contact session on each day.
  • Conduct Paperless programmes.
  • Facilitates participants to use Cyber Library of the university during 8 A.M. to 11 P.M.
