1. TA/DA

Teacher participants may be paid AC-III railway fare (all trains) or AC deluxe bus fare on production of tickets. Outstation participants may be provided boarding and lodging by the University. To cover the cost of their boarding/lodging, the commission will pay the University on reimbursement basis Rs. 400/- per day for outstation participant. In case only free lodging is provided, DA will be allowed at 75 percent of the ordinary rate of daily allowance. The allowance will be used purely for the purpose of giving boarding/lodging to the participants. UGC pays the University Rs. 400/- per day per participants to the outstation participants. No TA/DA is permissible to local participants, the UGC provides hospitality to local participants.
In case the outstation participant does not avail the facility of boarding/lodging, he/she will be paid Rs. 300/- per day.


The HRDC provides lunch and breakfast to all participants and it is mandatory to avail this facilty provided by HRDC, BHU in order to maintain comradeship and team buidling exercise among participants.

2. Accomodation:

BHU-HRDC provides accommodation to a limited number of participants on first come first serve basis on payment. In addition to this beds/rooms in the other Guest House are also available on payment basis at the concerned Guest House rate.

3. Reading material:

We provide reading materials in form of proceedings / compilations / printed published work or in electronic format.

4. Library:

There is a well facilitated library containing about 1958 books on various disciplines.
